DECEMBER celebrators are still on the go to celebrate their birthday on December 9, 2004 at Leadership Hall. With them of course our Governor Tet Garcia to cheer the joyous celebration of our co-employees. A special song number from the Managers and Supervisors dedicated to our Resident Gen. Manager Loreto A. Marcelino who is also celebrating his birthday on December 10, 2004. This monthly celebration of PENELCO employees give them a feeling of importance to one another.
