A love that bears a sense of dedication to deliver excellent service of electricity and to make our people in Bataan live a better life . . .  a love that bring the sense of sincerity and cooperation with our peers to work as a TEAM, a love for our work that makes the sense of initiative, by using limited resources to the fullest to gain productivity . . . a love that tender cares to our loved ones, to have someone to share our dreams, our innermost thoughts and to share the rest of our life . . . and we can achieve full happiness if we just make all of these happen together.

That’s why this coming year, we have a chance to  do things left undone throughout the year . . . to say the unsaid words that someone who really needs to hear.
