RGM Marcelino Meets All Meter Readers / Collectors

 In connection with the PENELCO's implementation of the unbundling of rates, Engr. Marcelino called a meeting with all meter readers / collectors to get feedback from member / consumers regarding the new format and size of power bills. The stranded rates and long list of cost components presented in the power bills according to the meter readers/ collectors have caused them to become a bit slower in the collection procedure also because of the varied questions & queries of some consumers regarding their bill.Hence, the meter readers /collectors were advised by RGM Marcelino to be more patient and compassionate in explaining to consumers. He also urged them to exert more effort in their collection to improve collection efficiency so that the coop could still cope up with the new challenges and demands brought about by the Epira Law.
