It was a rainy Tuesday but there's no reason to stop the festivities with Gov. Tet Garcia joining the celebration of the August celebrators as special guest. The traditional greeting by the employees of PENELCO to the celebrators came first then the toast of wine and blowing of candles. To liven up the afternoon were several performances by the PENELCO band and PENELCO dancers.

Gov. Tet Garcia was able to watch the much anticipated presentation from the August celebrators. With Mr. Lito Izon as their choreographer and lead character for the interpretative dance, PENELCO employees could only hold their breath to suppress their excitement. Impressed by the creativity and freshness of the presentation it was obvious that the governor enjoyed every moment watching it.

A short message from Gov. Tet Garcia applauded the August celebrators stating that the presentations are getting better every month and hoped that the September celebrators could meet up if not surpass the previous presentation. Ms. Ana Gabriel the emcee of the event asked if he could sing for the celebrators, the governor politely refused and promised that he will sing on the presentation of September celebrators giving him enough time to practice. He requested that the next celebration be held on his exact natal day which is September 13 so that he would be able to celebrate with the PENELCO employees. Engr.
