PENELCO Encourages feedback via SMS

Due to the constant demand of our growing number of consumers and fast-paced technology; our mission to provide better service to the public has broken new grounds. Peninsula Electric Cooperative (PENELCO) has introduced the feedback via SMS June last year. The SMS feedback aims to encourage consumers to text in if they have any complaints, comments or suggestions but don't know whom to turn to air their concerns. They could even send in tips of any information regarding illegal connections and jumpers.
All the consumers would have to do is to key in "TXT PENELCO <Message-Name>" and send it to 2960 (i.e. TXT PENELCO this is a test message-reco). Successful messages sent to PENELCO feedback will be charged P2.50 per text.
The participation of the consumers through texting will not only provide better service but also vital information for the cooperative's improvement.
