The annual Central Luzon Electric Cooperative Association (CLECA) Christmas Party was held at Shanghai Restaurant, Angeles City last December 11, 2009.

Despite the numerous typhoons that hit the region, CLECA members were able to successfully organize the annual Christmas celebration. While waiting for the other CLECA members to arrive, the NEECO II Band serenaded the early birds with lovely songs. Lots of raffle prizes were given to each attendee and after a sumptuous lunch buffet, the dance competition started. For 2009 Christmas Party, the theme must be songs from the 70’s. Twelve electric cooperatives entertained everyone with their dance presentation and the PENELCO Dance Troupe won the Grand Prize.

The CLECA Christmas Party brought the spirit of camaraderie and unity despite of the challenges and calamities that the electric cooperatives had experienced in 2009.
