Time goes by swiftly; without realizing it half a year already passed yet so many things are still left undone. For many years now, the Cooperative has been facing different tribulations be it from its internals or from outside forces that persist on breaking the Coop. Let’s face the truth, one cannot simply impress everybody, especially if one is bent on looking for faults and never did have an open mind to take in different perspectives. No matter how hard one works if there are people who cannot be satisfied there always will be resistance. As a member-consumer-oriented institution, the Cooperative shall not be too much concerned with trivial things as such. If stones are thrown at the Coop, use those stones to build better and stronger walls; if flames of untruth and prejudice are spread, use those flames to burn the passion for service and unity of the Coop staff.

Think of a ship out at the open sea. A strong storm comes and poses threat to the ship, the passengers and the crew. The crew, with the directions from those in command and the lead of the captain, ought to find ways to reverse the situation and use everything, negative or otherwise at their disposal. As such, the Coop management and staff ought to find ways on how to answer to every criticism and hearsays with service gusto and further advancement because in the end, it is not those who critique whom we serve to please and give comfort to, but the people of Bataan. Turn all the disparagements into fuel that will propel the Cooperative in achieving its goal of a better life for the people and a more affluent Province.
