Cesar Rosario has been devotedly working for the welfare of the rural folks or the member-onsumers of Penelco for quite a long time.
One of the ten (10) children of Prudencio Rosario (deceased) and Florentina Vinoya, Cesar saw
first light on October 13, 1954 in Urbiztondo, Pangasinan.
Mr. Rosario started working in Central Pangasinan Electric Cooperative (CENPELCO), in which
his work experience there went on quite smoothly and developed himself to a highly skilled worker. He has undergone several trainings on Linemen Training Course during his employment with BATELCO from 1982 to 1990, the 1st electric cooperative in the province, where he acquired full knowledge of his work assignment.
Further, he joined the PENELCO family in 1990 as Trainee Leadman to Acting Foreman before he became Foreman of Apprehension and Disconnection.
He has been under the Engineering Services Department for almost 19 years now.
Mr. Rosario is responsible for the field meter testing, calibrating, in accordance with the regulation of NEA and ERC.
In spite of his hectic work, he never fails to give enough time to his family, that’s why he is dearly loved by his wife and children.
He is happily married to the former Elena Obungi, a Bateana. Their union was blessed with four
(4) children, Christian (24), Christilyn (23) , Cherrylyn (20) and Cezar Jr.
Indeed, Cesar is an epitome of ideal worker and father. |
