Think of a Foreman who despite his very busy schedule, finds to manage his time on his work with a great smile. Has anyone come to your mind? Estioking as he is fondly called by his colleagues in Penelco, is one such Foreman!

Emelencio B. Estioko was born on November 17, 1957 in Urdaneta, Pangasinan to his parents Arsenio and Juanita. He is the 5th child in the brood of nine.

Estioko took up Diesel Mechanic at Lingayen Technical School in 1976, afterwhich, he was able to work for NPC as Lineman. His 2-year work experience there has certainly helped him grow in all areas of his life, not only equipping himself but as well as becoming a better worker in his chosen field.

Hence, after completing his contract with his first employer, he immediately applied for work at BATELCO as Leadman and had worked there for 10 years until its foreclosure in 1990.

Considering his hardwork and dedication, Mr. Estioko was among those employees of Batelco who were given a chance to work in the newly incorporated electric cooperative (PENELCO).

From being a rank and file employee, Mr. Estioko was able to show his ability to handle bigger responsibility. He was first appointed as Foreman of the Engineering Services Department and then on he has been assigned Service Center Foreman of Balanga, Hermosa, Dinalupihan and quite a lot of years in Samal.

He is happily married to former Perla Veloria. Their union was blessed with 4 children (all girls) namely; Melissa (20 years old and a Nursing student); Mylene (19), Marie (17), who are both in Commerce and Mae Ann (8) now in Grade 3).

To him, family comes first, as he is able to give unconditional love to his family, no doubt that he can share it to others, the reason why God continue to shower him more blessings in life...
