The phrase, “a man with a golden voice and a lover of music” best describes him. Armed with confidence and skills, this guy from Pili, Camarines Sur decided to try his luck here in Bataan. ROMEO TABARANGAO was born on February 25, 1964 to Gonzales Tabarangao (deceased) and Purificacion Mora.
Romy to his family and friends, took trainings/courses at the National Manpower and Youth Council (NMYC) in Building Wiring Installation and Refrigeration and Airconditioning, after graduating from highschool at the Camarines Sur Agriculture College in 1981. He became a trainee in Mariveles Service Center from February 1, 1990 to April 26, 1990 and because of his notable dedication and hardwork, he was endorsed by Engr.
