PENELCO DIRECTORS ATTEND 29TH ANNUAL PHILRECA CONVENTION

On August 7-8, 2008 during the 39th Annual PHILRECA Convention held at Philippine Trade Training Center, Pasay City. Directors Alberto A. Villaruz, Fernando P. Manalili and Carlito L. Enriquez attended and participated in the various activities held for the purpose with the theme “Service Excellence in the Restructured Electric Power Industry.”The delegates of different Electric Cooperatives in the country were inspired by the message delivered by the Hon. Manny Villar, Senate President as Guest of Honor and Speaker during the occasion. PENELCO Board of Directors and the Resident General Manager, Engr. Loreto A. Marcelino are usually present in the annual affair to learn more about new ideas and technologies for the better governance of electric cooperatives and be updated on the present environment brought forth by the EPIRA Law and other important laws governing electric industry. |
