Seminar on Seven Habits of a Highly Effective People

The fourth installment of our in-house seminar on seven habits of a highly effective people was held last February 8-9, 2007 at the Leadership Hall of our Main Office. The seminar featured three of our employees as resource speaker namely; Ms. Mylene Dominguez, Consumer Relations Officer from ISDD, Ms. Lorena Capiral, Chief of Accounting Division from FSD and Ellaine De Guzman, Internal Auditor from OGM. The said activity was able to educate and graduated forty-four (44) employees. Twelve (12) from the Finance Services Department, eleven (11) from the Institutional Services and Development Department, four (4) from the Engineering Services Department, one (1) from the Power Substation and Subtransmission Department and sixteen (16) employees from different Service Centers.
The main objective of the seminar is to uplift and improve the employees through the practice of seven habits; these seven habits will surely help and improve the employees not only with their careers but also with their daily personal lives. The fifth batch of the employees that will undergo with this in-house seminar is scheduled on March 1-2, 2007.
