An amazing jester of all generations and occasions, a super-duper basketball coach and a man who certainly stood with his beliefs and principles, as best described by his work associates - this guy is no other than the vigorous Head of the Metering and Billing Section. Rolland Sanchez Limcumpao was a native of Burgos Pilar, Bataan. Born on June 7, 1957, under the zodiac sign of Gemini, displaying strong qualities of a very friendly and humorous person and someone who is able to handle tasks at the same time. Lalay as dotingly called by his loved- ones and friends, is the 5th child among the 8 offsprings of Primitivo Limcumpao a retired Government employee (now in God's loving arms) and Consuelo Sanchez, a full time housewife.
Limcumpao was a graduate of Pilar Central Elementary School. After finishing elementary, he then enrolled at Bataan National High School for his secondary education and obtained a diploma in 1977. He took up vocational course in Europhil Institute.
Shortly then, he applied to TS Pizarro Construction as Electrician and later moved to another construction firm, DJ Roque as Mason/Painter.
He was one of the pioneers of BATELCO, the first electric coop in the province. He started his career at the said coop as Billing Clerk before he became part of PENELCO in 1990. Mr. Limcumpao positions move on to different positions from Meter Reading/Billing Clerk to Acting Head of Meter Reading until he was confirmed in November 16, 1991.
Lalay is blissfully married to Gene, a former BATELCO employee yet, prefers now to look after her family aside from getting herself busy on buy and sell business. They were blessed with six (6) children; Anthony Robe, Gene Kenneth, Robert, Roland Jr., Genevieve and James Railey.
Mr. Limcumpao enjoys seeing his kids growing and in fact treat them just like his buddies. He is proud to have a big family and believes these children are his greatest possession. He may not be a super dad but his trying his best to be one. |
