He is a graduate of Nagwaling Elementary School in 1979 and finished his secondary education in the year 1983 at Tomas Del Rosario Academy. After high school, he enrolled at Bataan National School of Arts and Trade (now BPSC) and took up Auto Tech and finished it in 1985. He continued his schooling and thereafter enrolled to Electrical Engineering course at Holy Angel University, yet, he was not able to finish it.

Mr. Dungo worked as Assistant Surveyor at Munsalud Surveying, likewise, was given a chance to be employed as C. E. Aide of Tagles Construction.

With his acquired working exposures/experiences, Mr. Dungo turned another page of his career as he entered cooperative service on September 3, 1990. He is one example of employee that really rose from the ranks. He started as Meter Calibrator Aide and gained his permanent status six months later. Thereafter, he was given various work assignments until he became Head of the BAPA Maintenance Section in January 01, 2001.

During early years of his career, he was given a chance to be exposed to seminars and workshops in line of his sense of duty. Some of these were on Use, Care and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment, Meter Reading Review Course, Technical Seminar on High Voltage Cable Termination, Seminar/ Workshop on Industrial Metering, Seminar/ Training on Assembly, Repair and Calibration of Kwh Meter, Humanizing Optimum Potentials for Effectiveness and Efficiency, Consumer Relations Program Seminar and Workers Institute on Labor Laws.

Aside from being the Head of BAPA Maintenance Section, he is also a member of our Apprehension Team that largely contributes to the system loss reduction. In 2001, Mr. Dungo, took part of OPLAN NEECO 1 that helped for the speedy recovery of the said coop.

He is married to Ma. Leslie and they were blessed with four children; Markx Klein (16), Krizza Mae (14), Alpha Karina (9) and Andrea Lee (8).

According to Mr. Dungo, he is still striving more to further enhance himself. Presently he is a 5th year Electrical Engineering Student of Bataan Polytechnic State College.
