Among the fourteen (14) SCs of PENELCO, Hermosa Service Center topped this year's collection efficiency ranking. With the outstanding performance of its personnel headed by Ms. Fely Perez, SC Supervisor, Hermosa SC collected 98.54% of its total collectibles for the year 2005. Also from Hermosa SC, outstanding bill collectors for the year 2005 are Mr. Ferdinand Alipio and Mr. Roberto Castillo averaging 108.22 and 89.30 stubs per day.

On the other hand, Cabcaben SC headed by Mr. Rodel Santos and Mariveles SC headed by Mr. Renato Santos ranked 2"d and 3rd with a collection efficiency of 97.99% and 97.07% respectively. Almost equaling with the top 3, Balanga and Orani SC headed by Mr. Manuel Abella and Mr. Edgardo Valiente has truly worked its way to the top 5 from its last year's rank of 12t" and 10th place.
