During her high school days, she enjoyed the scholarship of Jose Jimenez Memorial Foundation for two years. She was then very fortunate to be able to receive the college scholarship granted by the Bataan Christian Youth Foundation, Inc. (BCYFI) of the Bataan Library and Museum. She eventually completed her degree in Bachelor, of Science in Accountancy (BSA) at Tomas del Rosario College (TRC) in 1994 with a notable award of Magna Cum Laude. Shortly after graduation, she took the Licensure Examination and became a Certified Public Accountant on October 1998.

Lovely began her career at PENELCO as an Audit Aide on 16 November 1999, she then became a Junior Auditor on May 22 of the following year. Not relaxing on her achievements, she took a 2-year Computer Science and Internet Programming Course and graduated with an Academic Distinction Award after satisfactorily completing the course on March 2002. Her career took a very challenging turn when she became the Senior Auditor on March 2004 where she was involved in the different activities afteding the Coop operations.

At the very start of her career, this young lady already showed enthusiasm in performing every task assigned to her. Her superior commended her as an asset to the Cooperative because of her willingness to dedicate her time, effort, and talent. Ms. Cudia's accomplishments showed that she is a potential leader in the very near future.

She is not only engrossed with her work for she is also devoted in strengthening the foundation of her faith and win people to believe in Christ as personal Lord and Savior. She is the active member of her church, First Assembly of God Church Balanga. She loves to spend her spare time at home with her family and playing with her cousins. On occasions she went out with her friends, Ang Kable, in exploring the different parts of Luzon.

Lovely believed that all the blessings and achievements that comes her way was from the Lord so He alone deserved all the glory and honor.
