She spent her childhood days in Quezon City. She finished her elementary education in Esteban Abada Elementary School. In 1968, she finished her secondary education at Tomas del Rosario Academy here in Balanga City, Bataan. After finishing high school, she then decided to go back To Manila. She enrolled at Centro Escolar and took up Bachelor of Science in Commerce. With her parents' support and guidance together with perseverance, she finished her college education in the year 1972.

Shortly after graduation, she hired by Balanga Power  Plant as Assistant Cashier. She held this position from 1972 -1973. In 1975, she entered cooperative service. She held various positions such as of Billing Machine Operator of BATELCO from 1975 -1977, Billing Clerk II from 1978-1986, Acting Head of the Meter Reading from 1986 -1989 and then became Head of the Meter Reading from 1989-1990.

On May 4, 1990, she absorbed by then newly established electric cooperative, the Peninsula Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PENELCO). She started as Head of the Meter Reading Section, likewise, given a chance to supervise Consumers' Billing Section. She also once called to be the Officer-in-Charge of Limay SC. Presently, she is the Head of the Billing Section Head.

Mrs. Paguio travelled all over the country to attend seminars and convention to further enhance her abilities to give better service to the electric cooperative and its member consumers,- the people of Bataan.

She is blissfully married to Reynaldo Paguio, a native of Pilar, Bataan. They are blessed with five (5) children namely Maricel, Maricar, Maricris Maricon and Maridel.

She spends her spare time together with her family and enjoys the presence of her two (2) lovable grandchildren.
