A stormy day can not hinder the PENELCO family in gathering at the main office to celebrate with employees born on the month of July.

Mr. Prasertsak Ratana-sopinsawat, managing director and president of T-CON, a Thailand-based group of companies; Dr. Somboon Phechsawasdi, special advisor to advisor of Deputy Chairman of Parliament - Thailand; Father of Rural Electrification, General Pedro Dumol; PENELCO Board of Directors Ms. Nerisa Medina, Mr. Fernando Manalili and Mr. Almario Rubia; and Governor Enrique "Tet" Garcia graced the said occasion.

Gov. Tet rendered a song for the celebrators, which made the audience "Smile" amidst the storm. Dir. Manalili and Dir. Rubia expressed their concern to our nation and called the attention of PENELCO employees to continue striving for excellence through discipline and honest service to the cooperative's member consumers.

The July celebrators awed the audience as they showcased their talents in their kundiman song and dancemedley presentation.
