PENELCO SYSTEM RELIABLILITY PROJECTS
Supply of 69/13.8kV Protection and Metering Equipment, Poles, Conductors, Oil Purifier Plant and Road Lighting Luminaire
PENELCO now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following schedules:
- Schedule I 69/13.8kV Protection and Metering Equipment - 2 lots
- Schedule II Transmission/Distribution Poles - 1 lot
- Schedule II I Conductors - 1 lot
- Schedule IV Oil Purifier Machine - 1 lot
- Schedule V Road Lighting Luminaire - 1 lot
Delivery of the GOODS shall be at PENELCO Main Office Roman Superhiway, Balanga City, Bataan and shall be within the period specified in Section V of the Bidding Document. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from PENELCO and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 8:00 am to 12:00nn on Saturday.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased starting July 28, 2008 by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment in cash or cashier’s check or manager’s check of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Pesos (P 10,000.00).
PENELCO will hold a pre-bid conference open to all interested parties at 2:00 pm on August 15, 2008 at the address given below.
Bids must be delivered and received to the address below before 2:00 pm (official time) of August 29, 2008. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at exactly 2:00 pm (official time) of August 29, 2008.
PENELCO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or bidders
