The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) issued an order regarding ERC Case No. 2011-141 RC, In the Matter of the Application for Approval of the Energy Supply Contract between Peninsula Electric Cooperative, Inc. and San Miguel Energy Corporation, with Prayer for the Issuance of Provisional Authority. The jurisdictional hearing, expository presentation, pre-trial conference and evidentiary hearing were set and conducted on 13 December 2011 at ten o’clock in the morning at the Leadership Hall, PENELCO Main Office. |
