Another milestone in the PENELCO's bank of achievement takes a significant place; that is, PENELCO is the first electric cooperative in the country to have fully energized, 100%, all the sitios of the entire area of coverage - the province of Bataan.

On 22 December 2009, a ceremonial switch-on was commemorated to satisfy the 100 percent energization of the entire sitios of the province. Governor Enrique Garcia and Congressman Albert Garcia, who are the constant advocates to the rural electrification projects of PENELCO graced the affair. Also, the NEA Administrator Edita Bueno, NEA Deputy Administrator for EDUS Engr. Edgardo Piamonte with their staff shared their precious time to this exceptional event. Former NEA Administrator and renowned father of rural electrification, Gen. Pedro Dumol, who in many ways imparted means to further reach the goal of PENELCO, also spared his moment just for the occasion. And though behind the schedule, Congresswoman Herminia Roman came to congratulate the PENELCO family.

The annual Central Luzon Electric Cooperative Association (CLECA) Christmas Party was held at Shanghai Restaurant, Angeles City last December 11, 2009.

Isa sa mga proyekto ng PENELCO ay isandaang porsyentong (100%) makapag-pailaw sa mga sitios sa Bataan. Sa panukala ng Hunta Direktiba sa pamumuno ni Presidente Ma. Lilibeth R. Fuster (Direktora para sa distrito ng Orion) at sa tulong ng General Manager, Engr. Loreto A. Marcelino katulong din ang BAPA Chairman ng Brgy.
